Q:	What qualification do I need to work for PHHC?
A:	Must be 21 years or older Vocational School Training, High School, or Higher Education Ability to lift 75 pounds Proof of work eligibility Clean driving record (if applicable) No history of criminal background 6 Months or more of Caregiving Experience
Q:	What requirements are needed?
A:	* A Home Care Certification (HHA, GNA, CNA, PCA, may be referred to differently in your State. * CPR/First Aide * TB Test * Yearly Physicals
Q:	How often will I get paid?
A:	PHHC Caregivers are paid weekly.
Q:	How do I request for time off?
A:	Call your employer and request time off at least 2 weeks before the requested dates.
Q:	I have applied online for a job. What do I do now?
A:	When we match your skills and experience to a client, we will contact you to initiate the screening process.
Q:	What is the screening process to work for PHHC?
A:	When PHHC finds a position for which you may be a match or qualified, the screening process starts which includes: Telephone interview In-person screening Background check Contact References In-person orientation
Q:	How do the timesheets work?
A:	We use a Telephony System. You use client's home phone to log in by phone when you arrive at client's residence and when you complete your shift you again log out with client's home phone. This is how we track your hours worked at clients home.
Q:	What is my pay based on?
A:	Your weekly paycheck is based on the number of hours worked the previous week.
Q:	How does PHHC pay me?
