Vocational School Training, High School, or Higher Education
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Proof of work eligibility
Clean driving record (if applicable)
No history of criminal background
6 Months or more of Caregiving Experience |

How do I request for time off? |

Call your employer and request time off at least 2 weeks before the requested dates. |

When we match your skills and experience to a client, we will contact you to initiate the screening process. |

What is the screening process to work for PHHC? |

When PHHC finds a position for which you may be a match or qualified, the screening process starts which includes:
- Telephone interview
- In-person screening
- Background check
- Contact References
- In-person orientation

How do the timesheets work? |
| A: |
We use a Telephony System. You use client's home phone to log in by phone when you arrive at client's residence and when you complete your shift you again log out with client's home phone. This is how we track your hours worked at clients home. |

Your weekly paycheck is based on the number of hours worked the previous week. |
